I just had this problem with my new Revell Kenworth build.
I held the front and back end at solid points and twisted then held for 15-20 seconds. do this carefully so as not to snap it. Do it a few times it should work. Have patience.
If it doesn't put it under ALMOST hot water for 30 seconds then do the same.
Obviously try to do this before any paint is on the model. You can do it after it just may screw up the paint and you'll have to touch up.

Darrell, I have used a hair dryer, heat up the frame rails and bend them back into shape. You do have to over bend them because they will spring back a little. This works for me. Be carefull not to melt the rails. Good luck. Dave
