VERY NICE!!!!! I have seen alot of these built but this is by far the nicest one what did you use for the chrome/aluminum ?? it looks great.

I agree, very sharp, great detail and I like the way that you have redone almost all the kit chrome . . . I would also like to know what you used for the tanks/grille/plate, etc. Any more builds you want to share? Best Regards, Wayne

Thank you very much for your comments and opinions. The model is built only out of the box without any modifications and patina. But I'm glad you like. shuvlhd69: wmija:For the chrome parts, I used the spray in imitation of chromium. Of course this is not the original chrome, but I am happy with the result. Finishing another model. Of course it will show you later ... I apologize for my English Tony

Very nice build! you did an excellent job on the chrome. Not all chrome surfaces on a truck are"shiny". I have 4 of these kits, but have not as yet built one as a wrecker. I have one in progress that I kit bashed to make a road tractor out of with a Double Eagle sleeper. I worked in Tampa for awhile, just off Nebraska Ave., and have seen this unit in the flesh. Yours looks every bit as good as the real one. Keep up the good work!
