Well, I put the Bison away for a few days while I regroup with that beautifully designed kit. God knows I don't want to get too much of a good thing, ya know? In the meantime I have decided to finish a "light commercial" vehicle of sorts that has been an ongoing project for several years now. The project is Italeri's 1/35th scale Hummer. I know it's not a big rig, but on occasion I do find myself building military models including aircraft and armor. This has been sitting on my shelf for a long time waiting to be finished so I started fiddling a bit with it today. I did alot of weathering on it today with pastels and washes to give it that desert abused look and so far I think it's coming along nicely. I will try to get some pics posted later this evening...

that front bumper looks like it came from an Astro. Is that the final color? Looks good so far for a big rig builder....
