Hi there, This one is an older build of mine I made some years ago.The cab and engine is from the Monogram 37 Ford Pickup, frame and wheels are from an Italeri Opel Blitz and the bed was scratchbuilt from evergreen profiles and balsawood. The engine and frame was wired a little bit and I made some small weathering to the Ford. I love those light trucks and want to build some more from some older pickups later... Thanks for looking, Cheers,Chris

I love the subtle details like the broken and rusted louvers on the right side of the hood. ;D

Those louvers are more than just broke and rusted. The battery acid leaked on them and made them look like that. Acid ate the paint and the louvers. NOTE: Battery mounted on that side is missing. I love the weathering detail this has.

Roadwarrior, yes, you´re right, the batterie was mounted outside on the drivers side under the bed.You can see it in the third picture..... And thanks for the compliments. This is the original truck that inspired me to build that 37 Ford. Cheers,Chris

I like it. To me it's the small subtle details and attention to details of the original vehicle that you have incorporated that really make a model stand apart from the OOTB builds. A very nice build.
