As most of you know my favorite kits too build are Revell AG. One of there down falls is there tires. When the tires are installed on the wheels the tire beads don't seat on the wheels like they should. So I came up with a solution to that problem. Mini cotton balls. Here are the tires with out the cotton inside them. Install 4 mini cotton balls in side the tire. Install the tire with the cotton balls inside on the wheel. Remove any fuzz that may show up after installation and now you have an inflated tire that looks right.

NO! NO! NO! I can't handle cotton balls! Just thinking about touching them give me chills. DON'T PANIC,THERE IS ANOTHER SOLUTION ;D ;D ;D ROLLED UP TISSUE/TOILET ROLL PLACED INSIDE THE TYRE WORKS JUST AS WELL

While the cotton aversion is true, I got mine seated without assistance. So, I'll be o.k.

I also heard people take small pieces of rope (clothes line) cut it to the proper length and put it inside the tire. Just like the cotton trick.

The cotton balls is a great idea.....I've been using the foam wrap for pipes, sliced thin to fit into the tires. Paul

I've used the tissue on mine and it just doesn't look right still, maybe I need more, but I do like that idea Dies. with the cotton balls. Kinda simple too, no cutting or slicing or measuring. Just stuff and go. Good idea........
