Nice progress on the Ford. Is that a big bunk Kenworth in the background?

two of them actually. the primered one is going to be a replica of my '86 W9 & the one behind it is a resin studio that will be......something, someday. thanks for the comments!

Fantastic work on this fire truck. I still love how well the Rubber Duck trailer turned out.

Fantastic work on this fire truck. I still love how well the Rubber Duck trailer turned out. thanks Ray. if I had to do it over again...I wouldn't! ;D to scratch build a trailer (or anything for that matter) is hard enough. but to trying to replicate something as famous as "the Duck" was stressful. everything HAD to be correct. must be that compulsive disorder that I have... anyway.. heres where I'm at w/ the truck. cab is just mocked up for now. I couldn't get town specific decals so I made generic ones from 2 kits.

I like the grill. Did you just BMF around the nose?

I like the grill. Did you just BMF around the nose? you got it! I just wished that I used an original cab cuz these reissues lack detail. the FORD emblem & hood latches on the sides are almost non existent. the letters barely showed through on the front.

You did a nice job extending the bumper. It's probably harder than it looks. I've noticed the same thing about the disappearing details on the Ford Cab.
