What would be a good donor for a spread axle air ride suspension? could you modify the gmc general or maybe a pete 359 rear suspenson?

Plaskit makes a resin trailer air ride suspension. I have one (haven't used it yet), and it's quite nice.

Thanks, Ray. What do you usually haul? With the new job I mostly pull RGNs and stepdecks, and once in a blue moon, a flatbed. Mainly we haul farm machinery for Case New Holland and John Deere, but I've had some military eqpmnt, too. I recently pulled a 5 ton out of Fort Polk, LA and took it to San Antonio.

Ah, Ft. Polk! Spent many a year there.
What's a RGN? You're pulling a low-boy in your avatar, right?

RGN=Removable GooseNeck. that's what's in the avatar. the front of my trailer is removable to drive large vehicles onto it. Oh no! I broke it! LOL There's the rest of it. The main difference between an RGN and a lowboy is the RGN can be broken in 1/2 so to speak.

Removable Goose Neck! Well, that makes sense. Since they're still building houses in my area I see Rasmussen's a lot.

Nice drop-deck. Why don't the rear wheels touch the ground?

Nice drop-deck. Why don't the rear wheels touch the ground? it looks like the 2x6 that it's on is warped.

Hey guys,
I really like the look of the center drop deck trailer, and am sure I have seen them before, but can't find any pictures of real examples like it.
Can anyone show me pics of this trailer in use?
Thanks, Frozin
