My name is Dieseldoc aka Mark. My real job is as an ASE Certified heavy truck mechanic. I currently run a shop for a towing company. I not only maintain the wrecker fleet I also take on outside work plus road service. I am on call 24/7 for the big rigs. I live for working on trucks that break down on the highways around here . I have previously worked for Ryder Transportation as a shop manager and working foreman, an International and a ford dealership. In my spare time I build strictly class 8 trucks and I strive for accuracy and detail To the point that it slows my build time up a lot. I also write a column for an Ezine called Modelers Choice Magazine. Here is a picture of the pride of my fleet. 2003 Kenworth T600 with a Vulcun back end Also in the fleet are a 1992 KW T600 with a Vulcun V50 back end, A 1980 Freightliner FLC , 1982 Freightliner FLC with a single rear axle and a Holmes 600 back end, A Pete 377 tractor with a lowboy trailer, an old LN8000 with an old holmes back end 2 super duties, an International 4900, GMC 6500. If you have any questions on a pruck component feel free to ask, I may not always have the answer right away but I have the means to find it. Also if you need a picture of a component on as truck just ask, I may have it already or I may beable to get it depending on what I have in the shop.
