Started over a year ago put away due to lost interest in building. When I found it again I had to strip the paint off the hood because it had a big scratch on the side. I repainted it with the same bottle paint I shot the rest of the cab in and it turned out darker. ( the rest of the truck that didn't get stripped faded. So here is the story line for this Pete.
Got tired of building so packed it away. The next few shots are after I pulled it out of the box it was stored in for a year and I had already stripped the hood.
Here is with the new paint job on the hood and the fenders reattached.
As you can see the air cleaner has also been repainted along with the luberfiner.
The grills chrome was bad so I stripped it and painted it with aluminum paint.
Here are pictures of the work done within the last month. I added stripes to the cab and built a catwalk for the rear.
Now The finished unit.
