Hello. My Lone Star is now finished. This time I really had many problems with the kit. The Tamiya primer has attacked the paint, then the chrome is chipped off and the hood also does not fit properly. When moebius Lone star I had not much problems. Here are the pictures. I hope that you like my Lone Star. Greetings Björn

Bjorn, You've built a very good looking truck there! I enjoyed following the build process. Maybe the paint problem was the mold release agent? Did you wash the model in warm soapy water before painting? One thing you may want to try to add more depth to your models. A thin black wash run into the door and panel lines! ??

Hi there. Thanks for the answers and that you like my Lone star.
gatormarcstaug. I always will clean the models with petrol. I then put it into the water over night.
Greetings Björn

I would have thought that petrol would be inclined to melt the plastic, but, I have never tried it. Just wash mine in warm soapy water and let dry overnight Rod
