Hi, thanks, yes, going to do butterfly hood. Don't think I'm going to make it work though. Thanks Doug. I've made many work, it is not too hard. When photo bucket goes back on line, I'll post my how to link. Paul Hi , thanks, I know how to do it, just don't want to. Means I'd have go ape on the engine. Thanks Doug.

The work on the fenders and the start on the hood looks great and well planned. Paul

the grill mesh and the scribbed wire hinge is an excellent addition. Mind if I use your hinge method? Paul

Hi Another quick update. Progress been slow, getting ready for Christmas. Got some body work done on cab. Sanded off all the rivets, filled the door lines around bottom. Re-scribed door lines to match actual 1962 cab. Added front window lip to hold glass. Added new rivets, used Micro-Mark's rivet decal set. Thanks Doug. Before After

Nice job. Are the rivets individual or are they on some sort of strip? If they are individual you done a bang up job keeping them straight.

Hi, the rivets are on a strip. The sheet comes with various patterns and spacing, even some circles and quarter circle for doing corners. Just cut out what you need. They are really nice, not a huge bump just right. Can't wait to see with some paint on them. Thanks Doug.

Very nice work so far. Lots of attention to detail! I once opened the hood on a Revell Unimog. That tripled the time it took to finish that model. Dan
