I had an idea to build a pac van for a moving company. Probably Allied to go with my Allied Van Lines tractor and trailer. I guess i will need to buy an F350 dually kit for the wheels, rear axle and suspension, a van kit (GMC, Dodge or Ford)for the cab, drive line and front chassis and suspension. (Anyone know where i might find an unbuilt van kit in 1/24-1/25 scale?) And something to build the box out of. What do you think should i cut down a cargo box from a Ford Louisville kit? I have a need for the rest of the truck for a tow truck model. Or should i cut down an AMT moving van trailer? Building the cargo box entirely from scratch isn't something i want to do right now. I would rather modify one of these 2 kits to suit my needs. Tell me what you think.

Instead of using a plastic kit, you could use a die-cast van from the Danbury Mint. I have a late model Chevy Bass Master's van I someday plan on cutting the back half off and make an abulance box on the back. I've seen these on e-bay for a reasonable price.
