Wow, very, very nice job on it bitner ! It turned out great despite the problems you had. It would take me a month just to get all of those decals on !
I can't believe you snagged it off of ebay for $50.00. It seems like every one that I put in my 'watch' list, sells for $75-$100+.
Is the visor chrome plated in this kit or did you BMF it or get it plated ?

Well kid you did it again. Thats a nice addition to the collection. When you told me about it on the phone, I figured I would get a look at it on the net. I know how those brittle kits can be, but you did a fantastic job on this one. Keep up the good work.

Hi Animal,
Unfortunately I think E-bay is your best bet. They have been out of production for years.

Hi Enyawnow:
The lettering is raised on the tires so I used a very small paintbrush to paint it while. Tedious but easier than I thought it would be.
Cheers:

Very nice, Bill. I have one of those waiting to be built. (Papa Truck) I didn't know about the problems. I'm still debating as to how I'm going to build it, but it won't be a Papa truck as such. Probably a recovery truck to go with my wrecker fleet. I do like the tires in this kit though. I wish AMT used them in other kits as well.
You amaze me with your building times! It take me up to a couple years it seems to get a rig from beginning to end. More if it's a challenge. Dan
