Just some Fatherly advice. You need to put outrigger boards on that lowboy as John Law is sticky out here about that much hangover!!!!!!! Really a fantastic model kid I like it a lot. still thinking about building the one you gave me. Keep up the really great work.

Looks great on that lowboy. Splendid job. I like that Western Star in the background, too. That is nice.

Ray, you haul RGN lowboys for a living. How would you load/tie-down a load like this? Besides very carefully!

Ray, you haul RGN lowboys for a living. How would you load/tie-down a load like this? Besides very carefully! It should be on a beam trailer. They are designed to carry high stuff like this. You would detach the goose neck, back the load over the trailer, probably put blocks between beams and axles, reattach the goose neck and raise it just enough to get the tires off the ground just enough that its not a problem hitting the road. The center of the trailer is open for the diffs. to sit in between.A trailer like this you would chain from the beams around the axles of the load.I'm not an expert on beam trailers ,but I think my explanation is close.I guess a trailer like bill has you would still put the chains around the axles, with some big azz wheel chokes. Also a beast like this would probably have the wheels on another load with the style of trailer bill has,it would be alot lower.
