For the loosening of glue on a mistake which is already dry, a little drop of Fingernail polish remover will loosen it up and shouldn't hurt the plastic. I use it on model cement and super glue. The remover contains acitone in small quanity and is recomemded for ungluing fingers when using super glue. I keep a bottle and some Q tips handy all the time. This rig is shaping up real nice. I hope yopur cat isn't like mine, a truck scrapper!!! geez! i wish i knew that earlier than i wouldnt have cut and modded it back together! but issues are fixed just need to do some more work on the oilpan to get it better!
