With modelling time linited for the past month+ these have been sitting idle, back to working on them now. Exhaust in place on the circus wagon, complete except for mounts to upper corners of cab. Kit parts used for exhaust piping with the exception of stacks themselves which are K&S aluminum tube. Intake piping and rubber fitting attaching it to turbo replaced with styrene tube.

I haven't forgotten the Aerodyne, right now it is in the stage of putty/sand/repeat on 3 fuel tanks so nothing that really merits an update photo. On the circus wagon, bumper scratchbuilt from styrene to more closely match cross section of 1:1 part. Bolt heads styrene detail parts from Micro-Mark, step is slice of Evergreen rectangular tube. AMT kit fog lights fitted: Swing plate also .020 styrene, short pieces of .025 styrene rod used to represent piano hinge:

Circus wagon is the next member of trio to focus building time on, it is a little closer yet, last major items to make are mirrors. This model's 1:1 counterpart had mirrors bolted to door rather than cab, using an old snap Aerodyne cab as assembly jig styrene brackets were tack glued in place and mirror built up from styrene rod, nut/bolt/washer castings and mirror heads taken from snap kit. Complete assembly will be removed for Alclad.

Thanks Jim, two out of three are complete now! Final assembly and weathering (I know, it was sacriligeous to put road grime on that nice orange frame but these were working trucks that ran hard!) done today, a break in this afternoon's rain allowed some outdoor photos: Right front 3/4 view Right side profile showing extra fuel tank Rear 3/4, mix of pencil graphite dust and airbrushed very thin flat black used for road grime on running gear & back of sleeper Left side profile. I like the proportions of this tractor, nice balance of wheelbase & sleeper length. Left front 3/4 view Coming at ya!

Thanks Jim, yes there is a trailer in the works for this one. Definitely wish to complete the rig!
Now that Moebius' 53' is on the shelves I also plan to shorten one for the Aerodyne to pull, haven't forgotten the third portion of the KW trio, just not enough time to focus on all the model projects at once.......
