Just was wondering if anybody knew a good way to make the sides of the dump trailer higher then what they are? I've seen it done in some pictures just can't figure it out any help would be appreciated thanks.

Sorry, I don't know this kit. AMT's are only an "emergency solution" for me, if no other offer is available. I prefer Italeri or Revell kits and the 1/24 scale.

Hi John! Do You still have a picture of the dumper? Martin John, Most dump bodies come built to a specific size, calculated by yardage, and also the weight capacity of the truck or trailer, and the weight laws of the area it is working in. On these bodies on the top rail are slots that are made to hold a wood addition called greedy boards.This is the cheapest way to add to the height of the sides.The other way would be to take it into the shop and fabricate higher sides and an addition to the sides.
