Hi. I`ve not posted for a while due to camera & pc not communicating, That's fixed now I hope. I bought this Dodge at a model show & decided to build Mr Ivo`s truck. The body is built from plastic card 1.5mm the frame was stretched second axle added, Rear wheels & tyres are home cast items, Front wheels are from a paystar drilled out. The cab was stripped & repainted Fiat red/orange with Tamiya clear red stripes, The front grills were cut out & replaced with mesh. All chrome is Alclad 2. More soon now camera is working. Graham.

There are a few corrections on the dragster, when you're ready to start it send me a PM and I'll get out the info for you. His dragster was sponsored by S K Speed in Babylon and was a regular at N.Y. National Speedway. Got a ton of photos of it and him. Paul

The aluminium-look looks great. is this a selfadhasive foil like baremetal-foil or a normal aluminium foil for the household? If so how do you glue this?

Hi.Your replies are welcomed thank you. Oliver, The aluminium is taken from food trays & platters the sort at parties. I do buy new ones though without any damage, I cover the area on the model where its to go with Double- sided adhesive tape. The first pic of this thread shows it applied to the front. Hope this helps Graham.
