I'm working on my LNT8000, and I want to make the front axle stearable. On my LN8000 & GMC Astro I just sliced the tie rod at the pivot points, then attached it to the axle. This one won't work that way. Does anyone have a way to scratchbuild tie rods? I've got some ideas, but I figured I'd check before I reinvent the wheel, or tie rod in this case!

I use .025 or .035 brass wire from K&S , most Hobby shops carry it. I make end links and arms from kit parts, drill hole for wire . take one end of wire and super glue into link ,fit other end of wire into link and either cap end with piece of plastic with appropriot hole drilled in it or bend over wire. Checkout my L-Series build in the CBP. I made the kit parts steerable. I should of taken more pics, but you will see how I did it.

It is possible to make the kit parts steerable, but it will take some patience.
