:-*I DON'T CAR IF IT'S MOLDED IN PINK !!! it would get painted anyway. I'm gonna stock up on them. I loved those kits & the Pete kits. w/ some imagination they build into a nice truck.

True, and it'll probably be less expensive that the Revell of Germany W900.
Wonder how hard it would be to slice off the sleeper to make a daycab?

I'm in love. It's my favorite truck in my favorite color!!!! I think they will probably mold it in white, which I prefer anyway.
I always wanted a W900 with the old style Aerodyne sleeper. If you built the orange version of this kit issued in 1991, you may recognize the stripes as being the same pattern from that kit. I wish the used the stripes from the silver version of this kit released in the early 1980s instead.
Anyway, it's about time. I will definately snatch up some of these. Thanks 4 posting this. I just wish they had put visors in these snap kits.

I know what you mean about the visors. Good thing Sourkraut has a W900 visor. I'm planning on putting it on the snap W900 I'm working on right now. Will probably go "stainless", if I can figure out how to make it look good. It's the orange version of the kit. Petes & KWs without visors look so bland.

A widened AMT visor will do on the KW, although the one from Sourkraut might work. Still test fitting both to see which looks better. As for the Pete, use the Revell AG Pete 359 visor. I shaved a touch of plastic off the cab itself where the visor will mount at each corner. Fits pretty nice. You just have to work with it. I'll show a pic when I get a chance. My rig is in the shop and the kit is in the sleeper. I'm home right now.

I hope it will include both stripes and the old Melton truck lines decals.
