Truk-Lite rubber mounted turn/brake lights can be bought preassembled in a sheet metal box, ready to install. A number of prototype trucks I plan to model have them, 1/25 versions can be easily made from styrene. Measurements from one of the trucks at my work scaled out as follows: .015 sheet for the mounting plate: .520 wide x .330 high. .080 sheet for the stamped box: .480 long x .210 high. Edges rounded with file/sandpaper to simulate stamped sheet metal construction. Thin slices of 7/32 tube represent the rubber light mounting rings. 5 holes .025 dia, equally spaced along top of .015 sheet for mounting holes.

Testors Model Master "Neutral Grey" is a good match for prototype colour, mounting ring picked out in flat black. Backup light lens represented with white paint, turn/brake one with red. Reflector is small styrene disk (made using Micro-Mark punch set) painted red. Testors Clear Parts Cement used on lenses and to attach reflector:

Great job on the lights. And how did you make the flap hangers?

Thanks guys, flap hangers are Italeri kit parts de-chromed and painted silver. Only other change was drilling the end out 1/16" diameter.
Mudflaps are .015 styrene sheet with .015 x .060 ribs. Inside radius at bottom corners made by punching 1/4" dia hole (standard paper punch) in scrap piece of .015 sheet then trimming to match .060 wide strip.
