starting with an old MFTA from ebay (Dave at AITM had it up for bid). I mocked it up with a tanker from an old project and a "spare" Pete 359 frame.

Paul--you can find a better resin here. www.aitruckmodels.com/pages/kitsparts.htmlDave said this was an old MFTA casting, that's why it was on ebay. Mine was not bad--a few pits, needed some sanding, but overall, still workable. The ones Dave has on his site I'm sure they are better quality. Dave is a good guy to work with.

Looking good. What did you use for a frame? How about an engine? Looks like it's going to be a milk tanker?

I would say too many in my fleet, BUT, that's not possible. Not enuff room, maybe. This is the 2cd resin truck I've worked with. Learning as I go, listening to others. As far as being an insiration, I don't know about that, but I do get inspiration from others here.

I made a mistake with the color---it's ultraviolet PEARL--not purple as I stated. (even though it is purple)
