I had problems as did others here. My resolution was gluing the doors shut. Maybe I'll do something different on the others. (I have 3 more on the shelf)

Too get the doors to open and close properly I had to put a small strip of evergreen between the door hinge and the door. The door is a tight fit and has to be forced kinda into the body to stay shut. The body is just a little deformed for a proper fit. Also you will have to trim down the edge of the hinge that attaches to the cab at the door line. The part lines do not match each other.

hey tbus, I put the shims on the door hinge like you said to it did need them I had to use two on the passenger door and one one the drivers side. I put the doors in the cab and used clothes pins to hold the other part of the hinge to the cab. I'll make my final adjustments from that point. The passenger door will need some tweaking to get a better fit! thanks Bob.

The original versions of the kit from IMC had problems with the doors not fitting perfectly. Mine are fixed shut. Even the models on the box art I have the doors fixed shut.
