All very neat looking trucks Questions for you? Is there some kinda of law that requires everyone to have Cabover? are their any conventional cabs?

I have never seen a Freightliner Sprinter Van cab and chasis like that

All very neat looking trucks Questions for you? Is there some kinda of law that requires everyone to have Cabover? are their any conventional cabs? Yes, the maximum length of this truck/trailer combination is 16,50 meters, the trailer alone 13,60 meters. And the maximum length of this truck/trailer combination is 18,75 meters: Maximum weight with 5 axes is 40 tons. Conventional cabs find only there use if the total length is not used. For example, with tippers, silo vehicles, special vehicles. Conventionals are uneconomic, also because of their excess weight (The hood, longer frame).The place which the longer cabin needs goes off from the loading length. The last European manufacturer for Conventionals was Scania. Production was stopped last year.

Interesting to say the least- As you might know in the US Max Gros weight is 80,000 pounds also 40 tons TRUCK TRAILER AND PAY LOAD
I cant state the amx lengths to be exact but I know we have 53 ft trailers
Seems like we have a lot more Conventionals than Cabovers In fact very few cabovers are seen anymore
