i finally got around to join this forum. Ive been checking it out for a year or so. I live in canandaigua new york, just a couple towns east of my good friend rottin. Ive been building models on and off for about 40 years or so. the hobby sure has changed over the years, for instance Ive noticed that there is a bunch of people that probably have never built a kit but find a need to buy and sell to make huge profits off people that just like building models. must be I was out of the loop and on the road alot when some truck and trailer kits were in hobby shops, for instance the revell multi axle trailers, the 300 and something dollar peterbuilt kits, and so on. It seems that a select few people have an over abundance of these kits. I would so like to see revell reissue these kits so the market would fall right off for them and there value would drop off. looking forward to being a membert of your forum, thank you ron (twinscrew)

Ronnie (Twinscrew): Bout time you got here and showed of your work! Welcome driver! CDN: I have roughly 12 unbuilt truck/trailer models. Not 2 are the same whether it be make or mfg. I plan as well to build all of them as well. I can't see them sitting on a shelf doing nothing but waiting to be built. I've got my eyes on a couple of more kits and after i score them I'm done buying kits. It's simply getting out of hand with these guys buying kits and stashing them for profit sake. It won't be long before the Revell of Germany Pete goes for as much as the Italeri 378 Pete! Well over a $100.00. These manufactures have to step up a little.

Welcome to the group Twinscrew. I get out by you at least once a year. Maybe we could get together when I'm out there in October. I'll be just up the road from you in Farmington.
