Last time I talked to anyone at Hawk they said the third quarter of the year. Sometime between July and September. But don't hold your breath might be a little longer like Oct. or Nov. Just what I was told.

One thing that helps with this kit, is that even if the cab is damaged, one still has an excellent base for another make of medium duty truck.

I have one of these tankers re issued in the late '90's.By looking at that one I don't know if a chrome one will look good as it will have lots of sink holes.Like one of the other posts said there is lots of good kit bashing parts in these little dodges.

they are over-looked as a quality model.(hence the price) I don't know why.... alot of good parts & tons of applications. I've seen them from farm trucks to road trucks. I'll be gettin a few of the tanker combos when they come out.

Is the box trailer a 36ft trailer? How about the flatbed? I'm betting that both of these would look good behind the Ford C900 as well.

The flatbed is acturally the floor for the box trailer. If you put the two halves together thats the length the trailer will be. Thats if you have the flatbed from the Dodge and 40 Ford car. Each side and the top are also 2 pieces each. You can build a super shorty or a approximately 40 footer.

When I bought my L-700, I only bought the tractor. I did get it with the trailer as I have no use for a 1940 coupe. I probably will pick up the flatbed & the van at a pater date, though.

The full length trailer is about 36'. It would look great behind any of Dave Natale's Mack conversions from the 50's like the B or H models.
