Hi all. -The name is Charles King. I've been interested in hi-tech machinery for a long time. This is a collection of my modern armor models which I have tried to replicate as accurately as possible. I have been modeling almost 7 years now. I have been scratch building/modifying kits since I started. Always loved building things that are not so common or not available on the market. This makes me a-one-of-kind individual. Now, I am interested in trying something different, a change of scenery if you will... So I hope to be part of this forum as I start looking for my first truck project. So if you guys have any advice for me please share them with me. Like which kits are the most detailed for the money...questions as such....Thanks for letting me join this group.

There are alot of trucks that have been issued over the years with varying degrees of difficulty in assembly, some by design and others by poor manufacturing. At the present time it seems as though Italeri and Revell of Germany are at the top of the heap in terms of quality truck kits being manufactured. AMY has released some great kits over they years, mostly of obscure trucks that you can't get anywhere else. unfortunately, those trucks are hard to find and extremely pricey when it comes to places like E-Bay. Regardless of what brand you decide to go with for your first big rig, rest assured you will find the answers to your questions here from guys who are masters at building these awesome kits. Feel free to make yourself at home and browse through the awesome trucks on display. I am sure you will find the incentive needed to get busy on your first big rig! keep us posted on your progress too as we love to see these babies come together!!!!!

I am more interested in European trucks than Americans. So if anyone has a good link with many pics, please post it. Thank you. As for the loader, I assume you did not read the personal comment that was next to the pic Here is the link: one-step-further.com/volvol220ewheelloadercomment.htm
