Looks like Revell of Germany is planning on reissuing several kits including the W900 Wrecker (I know how popular wreckers have been here recently), the Heavy Duty Trailer, and the Peterbilt 353 "Westernlife" (ok, so it's really a 359 with "aftermarket" pit fenders). More here: Revell of Germany Truck Kits

I might consider doing a wrecker now, unless the kit is like $100 or so.

Rumor has it the Can-Do wrecker is also going to be re-released next year. I think Revell found out just how popular that kit was after they dropped it from their line. I know I'll be buying several Kenworth wreckers and the Petes too if they do get re-issued. Bring 'em on Revell!!!!!

It is good news. Looks like the model companies are listening to trends. Now, if Revell can get the Bill Signs Peterbilt reissued sometime in 2011 or 2012, that would be REALLY cool. They told me that that was their plan.

I heard from 3 different reliable sorces that the W925 molds are being redone. Also the Challenge mixer may be coming back out. The next year or so will be promising for us truck builders.

If that Can-Do kit comes out again, I'm buying a damned case of those things. Same thing goes with the W-925's from AMT.

No kidding! I just hope it has the tandem torsion bar suspension (W925), and not the spring suspension (W923). I can dream, can't I?
