Very nice. I like the weathering. Makes it look like it's well used, but not abused. Really highlights the rivit detail. Good job.
There's just something about white models. I've seen too many of them that just look like they're not done, but you did an excellent job with this one.
Something not quite right with the front plate. Looks a little long. Might just be the angle of the photo. US plates are 6" x 12".

Very nice truck taking every day job. Not much time for washing. I think it is not easy to weather a gloss white surface to look natural. You did it just right. Maybe it is just the colour, but the radiator seems to be slightly damaged in the upper part. A nice touch to combine with the weathering. Do I see a green tranny on this truck? The engine color was discussed here a few times, but how about the transmissions? I´ve seen them black or red. Some models share the same color with the engine. What is a common practise in the USA? Could the gearbox be white or CAT yellow?

You know, Ray, that's probably it. Except the last few kits I built were in sort of an off greenish-gray. I do prefer white plastic. I'm not looking forward to painting my RoG W900 as it's molded in red.
I really like this build. Are the stripes decals or painted?

Cheers all!
The stripes are decals that I nicked out of an Italeri DAF kit, and well spotted on the rad damage.
I dunno about engine colours, they generally get painted the same colour as the chassis unless I'm going to tilt the cab which I don't do very often.
LOL I had to read truckabillys post twice. In England, tranny is short for transit van, as in Ford Transit.
The rivets are actually drybrushed.

Sorry for the "tranny". I saw it here or some other modeling forum and the word refered to transmission, so I used it too. I thought it was a general expression among truck related people. I didn´t mean to confuse anybody.
