Looks like it needs a good bath in degreaser. The weathering is just to good. Nice work.

Can't say as I've ever seen anything like that before. Very interesting subject, and a very well done model.

Outstanding. I live in Cottage Grove and I do remember as a kid seeing some yarders that were very close to this one. I donot remember this one though or the company, but there were thousands of gypos around the area in the old days. To me that is one of the best models I have seen, it is my top 20 list anyway. Dave

Nice piece of history. The way you weathered the model is taking my breath away. Very well done.

Great job on the yarder! As well as I grew up in that very area, I didn't get in on the logging equipment as much as I should have somehow. Norway, Huh!? Between Myrtle point and Coquille, right? I remember "Little Norway" when I was a kid, and the little store there, before 42 was rerouted up away from it. (We lived in MP '67-'70)
Memories... Dan

That is a excellent example of a purpose built truck!! Let the rivet counters scream all they want, "that would never come from the factory like that!" Yup the are right!! It was built by and for the guys doing the job!!!
