After having this thing sit incomplete for months on the workbench, I finally finished it to make room for future builds. its the Ford stake bed truck with the rear ends out of a Ford snowplow. I used the milk tanker from Lindberg for the tank, and used resin rims. The truck is Tamiya italian red like all my other builds. It's marked for Powers, Oregon to go with my previous ALF/Ford pumper. I'm also working on a Ford C series crew cab pumper right now also to go with these.
Excellent model and colour choice! And not as "freelance" as one might think, many fire service tankers (especially from the era when Ford's C was common) were converted from milk & fuel trucks. Your use of the Lindbergh tank has given me some ideas!
