What a great idea for a project, not alot of those old Dodge's around these parts. I must tip my hat to you for a very cool insparation! Thanks and i sure would like to see more pics.

Thanks for the idea... when I had this dilemma I did not have the 1/64th strip around the window frame to use for the rubber weather seal. Now my template fits.

If you check the date at the 1st installment of this build it has been almost a year since I worked on this project. Now that I have my work bench pulled out I am going to do all I can to complete some of the projects I have been working on. Here is the most up dated progress... small, but progress none the less.  |

Great paint color scheme.Love the old Dodges.Town highway dept.here run a fleet of Dodges.Even Coleman/Howe 4X4 conversions.Now I just have to build one.Lets see more when finished

I can't belive it's taking me this long to finish this. This is due mainly to not having a dedicated work bench, (appartment living). I have to pack it up for the holidays or when ever we need to use the table. We now that is going to change as this is packed away again for our move in August into our new home. Here are the most recent updates to this project.  Added the hydraulic lines.  Scratchbuilding the flatbed deck and adding pop-up tie-downs.     Still have a lot to do yet.  |

man that thing is just as cool sa it can be , i love those old trucks , ann the color you choose was perfect and the pinstrip breakes it up as well great job on this thing.
