Speaking of help with routing lines, could someone describe where the lines from the back of a typical roof-mounted air conditioner go once they make their way down the back of the cab and disappear under the engine tunnel? THANKS!

This is a shot of my AutoCar taken last summer. There are three lines, on a self contained roof mount both go to the AC compressor and the third is a water drain from the roof unit to the bottom of cab area. If the unit has a condenser mounted in front of the radiator, one goes from the AC compressor to the roof unit, one from the roof unit to the condenser and one from the condenser to the AC compressor.
