Here are a few recent trucks. First up, my '08 Peterbilt 386 using the resin hood/bumper/battery boxes from AITM and an Italeri 377 kit. Next, a '07 Kenworth K500 COE. The cab is a modified Italeri DAF FX105 cab, scratchbuilt roof, side panels, steps and fenders. The frame and running gear is from an Ertl Paystar. The wheels and tires are from the old RNK. Next my '08 Peterbilt 389. The hood is scratchbuilt. The donor kit is the Italeri 377 with the air cleaners and RH battery box cover from a 378 kit. The sleeper is the 63" from the 377 cut down to 36". Here are a couple of 389's on the workbench for future builds Thanks for looking! As always, more pics on my website www.timstrucks.comTim

Hey...Hey Tim.
Wondering when you were going to post some of that iron here. Looks good. That KW is different?...
Good to see.
Question: How many Italaria Pete 378's do you have?

Hi Tim
Those trucks are stunning. I am not usually a fan of long nose cabs but the way you have shown these off have given me a change of heart. I still like the cabover best though. That K500 COE looks a mean beast. Losing the front mudguards and giving it a deep, square front bumper really changes this cab. I would not have guessed its connections to the DAF cab had you not told us. And the DAF is such a common cab over here too.
How did you take the photos? Did you sit them on the roof of your car sitting at the side of the road in front of a haulage yard?
Thanks for sharing
