hey all, I am new to the board and new to semi truck modleing- i have been building 1/24 1/25 scale cars and pick ups for nearly twenty years- with only a few breaks in between when i was in the service. i be friended a guy that lived just a few blocks away that is as serious a big rig builder as i am with the cars and pick ups- through looking at a few of his rigs i have bought a couple of big rigs projects and hope to get good info from this board - the friend i speak of is also on this board, cfnutcase, and that he is. well i hope to get started on my Kenworth K600 project very soon. i will try to post pics of my progress. oh yea how do i get rid of the "local delivery truck driver" deal underneath my id name

Welcome to the forum Bert. it's great to have you here and we look forward to seeing your progress on your Kenworth. Don't hesitate to jump right in and show us your work and asjk questions. You'll see right off we have a great group of guys here and will do their level best to help you out as you take the plunge into big rig modeling. Like you, I also spent over 2 decades building 1/24th and 1/25th cars and light trucks with an occasional big rig thrown in for good measure. But, as time goes on I'm finding myself drawn more and more to the heavy trucks and less and less to the cars currently being offered. Again, welcome to the family! We know you'll fit in great here!!
