I use quite a few different things depending on the surface and how difficult it is to get to. Needle file set Medium size mill file Various sandpaper grits from 150 to 600 Nail files (boards), they come in many grits and can be cut to size and shape Flexi-Files and Flexi-File sanding sticks Panel scriber and panel scraper (they look like dental hooks) 150-400 p.s.a. sand paper stuck to anything that works For squaring up parts before gluing or large flat surfaces I stick the p.s.a. paper to a chunk of 6" x 10" x 1/2" thick aluminum stock. Take a cruse around www.micro-mark.com, I promise you will find more than one item you NEED!
