The last of the basic parts for this build is the set of rear fenders. I did not take any pictures while making them, so this is how they they turned out at the end. I used two spray can coveres cut in the middle and shaped with a help of plastic sheets and putty. The fenders are painted with Alclad II Chrome. I applied much too thick a layer probably. It looks more like a polished aluminium than the chrome. I can live with that. Jarda

Well, the fenders are looking good! (Other parts also.) Hot weekend? We had more than 37° here! (Sweat around the clock!) Living just in front of a fan. Thats not a summer, it's the hell! Martin

Hi Jarda!
Perfect Details! I use Testors chrome for the tanks. The advantage is, you can cover it with solvent free clear laquer (e.g. the Tamya clear laquer) - no fingerprints or faults anywhere. For the rubber stripes under the tank I use flat- black painted paper stripes.

Outstanding!!!!!! Every time I look at the progress on this. I ask . What else is he going to do in the way of detail?? Amazing work. I certainly do not have the patience to do this kind of detail. Well done Jarda!
